WINE EXPERIENCED PRIVATELY

THIS IS NOT WINE TASTING

There is a woman in Montalcino who has spent her life
coaxing something extraordinary from this earth

Her family has tended these vines for generations —
and she will pour her Brunello for you herself.

In the cellar where it was born,
surrounded by barrels still aging the next vintage.

She will tell you things about this wine
no sommelier ever could.

Not because she studied it.
But because she lived it.

You’ll taste the difference —
between a good year and a great one.

And you’ll understand why Brunello di Montalcino
is considered one of the greatest wines in the world.

Most people never get this close.

Not from a book.
Not from a menu.
But from the woman who made it —
standing right beside you.

This is not a tasting.
This is an initiation.

How Your Day Unfolds

You’re picked up late morning and driven out toward the vineyards, You arrive at a private wine estate and are brought first through the cellar—cool, quiet, rows of barrels. The air carries the scent of fermenting grapes—slightly sweet, earthy, layered with the wood and age of the space—before stepping out into the vines.

You sit down with the winemaker. Bottles are opened, aired , poured as the conversation unfolds– each wine experienced slowy, without structure or pressure to move on.

—swirling, smelling, tasting, comparing—taking your time without anything rushed.

A simple table is set: local cheeses, cured meats, fresh bread, olive oil Fresh fruit — the kind of food that belongs with the wine. You eat, drink, and stay as long as it feels right.

You’re driven back to your villa or hotel in the mid-to-late afternoon,

Back at your villa, there’s time to relax—sit outside, go for a swim, take a walk, or simply rest before the evening.
